Rangeley Vacation Rental Description

The cabin features a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area that overlooks the deck to the back yard. Cozy living room with woodstove. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, third bedroom has two full and two single beds and a full size futon in the loft area. A stunning handcrafted wrought iron railing with a scenic rustic design in the loft overlooks the living room. Two full baths.

The cabin is located only one and a half miles to the town of Rangeley with its uniquie shops, several restaurants and a small movie theater. Saddleback Ski Area is 7 miles away and there is easy access to snowmobile trails. Public beach and boat launch downtown.

Minimum Stay:	2 Nights
Cancellation Policy:	In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. If written notice is received 30 days prior to your arrival date, refunds of advanced payments will be refunded less a $30 processing fee. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of your arrival date, any refund is subject to the ability to re-rent the property. If the property is not re-rented, NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. If the property is re-rented, all monies received, less a $30 processing fee will be refunded. NO CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN FOR LATE ARRIVAL OR EARLY DEPARTURE.
Deposits:	One half (50%) of the total amounts due must be paid upon accepting this agreement. The remaining one-half is due no later than thirty days from the commencment date of the lease. All payments shall be mailed or otherwise delivered to Rangeley Vacation Rentals.
