Small but quaint eat-in Kitchen, living room has a gas fireplace, and a futon for extra guests. One bathroom with shower only, two bedrooms downstairs; one has bunkbeds plus a twin, the other has a twin and 3/4 twin bed, upstairs loft area has a Queen and one twin.

Minimum Stay:	2 nights
Cancellation Policy:	In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. If written notice is received 30 days prior to your arrival date, refunds of advanced payments will be refunded less a $30 processing fee. See full agreement for rest of policy.
Deposits:	One half (50%) of the total amounts due must be paid upon accepting this agreement. The remaining one-half is due no later than thirty days from the commencment date of the lease. All payments shall be mailed or otherwise delivered to Rangeley Vacation Rentals
