Rangeley Vacation Rental Description

This charming rustic camp style home features a small kitchen and breakfast bar, a large dining area overlooking the Kennebago Dam/pond. Large living room with woodstove, piano for those who play, a powder room and small bedroom with a single bed. Upstairs has a full bath, 4 bedrooms; first bedroom has a king size bed and this room overlooks the pond. The second bedroom has two twins, third bedroom has a full size bed, and the fourth has two twins.

Cancellation Policy:	In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. If written notice is received 30 days prior to your arrival date, refunds of advanced payments will be refunded less a $30 processing fee. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of your arrival date, any refund is subject to the ability to re-rent the property. If the property is not re-rented, NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. If the property is re-rented, all monies received, less a $30 processing fee will be refunded. NO CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN FOR LATE ARRIVAL OR EARLY DEPARTURE.
Deposits:	One-half of the total amounts due must be paid upon signing this Agreement. The remaining one-half is due no later than thirty days from the commencement date of the lease. All payments shall be mailed or otherwise delivered to Rangeley Vacation Rentals.
