Rangeley Vacation Rental Description

Main floor has a huge eat-in kitchen with plenty of cabinets and counter space. Features an island work area too for all of your entertaining needs. Separate dining area, Family Room has lots of large windows, a stunning stone fireplace with hearth. Also a powder room off the kitchen and a private Master bedroom with a Queen size bed, master bath has a whirlpool tub and separate shower. 2nd floor bedrooms have 1 Queen & 1 twin per room, and 3rd bedroom has 1 Queen. Also bath with shower. There is a sitting room/loft area with views that has a futon.

Cancellation Policy:	In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. If written notice is received 30 days prior to your arrival date, refunds of advanced payments will be refunded less a $30.00 processing fee. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of your arrival date, any refund is subject to the ability to re-rent the property. If the property is not re-rented, NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. If the property is re-rented, all monies received, less a $30.00 processing fee will be refunded. NO CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN FOR LATE ARRIVAL OR EARLY DEPARTURE
Deposits:	One-half of the total amounts due must be paid upon signing this Agreement. The remaining one-half is due no later than thirty days from the commencement date of the lease. All payments shall be mailed or otherwise delivered to Rangeley Vacation Rentals.
