This camp has its own simplistic charm. Main floor has a galley kitchen with a dining area, living room has a beautiful stone fireplace and hearth with a log mantel. A master bedroom with a Queen bed, and a full bath also. The second floor has 2 bedrooms with 2 twins per room. A walkout basement for storage. There is a dock to accomodate your boat and a private waterfront picnic area. Rent a Kayak in town and bring it back to Beaver Mt. Lake and explore the beauty and serenity of the western mountains.

It is about seven miles to the quaint village of Rangeley that offers plenty of restaurants, shopping and a movie theater. There are enough activities to keep the family busy. For you nature lovers, Smalls Falls is a great place to swim and picnic, and Cacade Falls is a hike that is less than a mile. Area trail maps are available.

Check Out:	Saturdays by 10:00am
Minimum Stay:	Week
Cancellation Policy:	n the event that you must cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. If written notice is received 30 days prior to your arrival date, refunds of advanced payments will be refunded less a $30 processing fee. See full agreement for rest of policy.
Deposits:	One half (50%) of the total amounts due must be paid upon accepting this agreement. The remaining one-half is due no later than thirty days from the commencment date of the lease. All payments shall be mailed or otherwise delivered to Rangeley Vacation Rentals.
