Rangeley Vacation Rental Description

Entry way has a large closet with a washer and dryer. The main floor consists of an open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and living room. Bedroom with full size bed, a twin pull-out, and full bath. The second floor has a sitting room/balcony area and beyond the french doors is the master bedroom with a queen bed, and a master bath with separate shower and whirlpool bathtub with a mosaic flair. Daylight basement has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. Full bath. Storage for 2 snowmobiles

Cancellation Policy:	In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. If written notice is received 30 days prior to your arrival date, refunds of advanced payments will be refunded less a $30 processing fee. See full agreement for rest of policy.
Deposits:	One half (50%) of the total amounts due must be paid upon accepting this agreement. The remaining one-half is due no later than thirty days from the commencment date of the lease. All payments shall be mailed or otherwise delivered to Rangeley Vacation Rentals
