Rangeley Vacation Rental Description

This nicely renovated in town house has two bedrooms upstairs, one has a queen and a full and the other has a full and twin bunk beds. Downstairs is a nice open kitchen, large dining table, spacious bathroom with tub-shower right off the comfortable living area. In the back is a large storage area perfect for skis or sledding gear. Right on the local snowmobile trail.

Cancellation Policy:	In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. If written notice is received 30 days prior to your arrival date, refunds of advanced payments will be refunded less a $30 processing fee. See full agreement for rest of policy.
Deposits:	One half (50%) of the total amounts due must be paid upon accepting this agreement. The remaining one-half is due no later than thirty days from the commencment date of the lease. All payments shall be mailed or otherwise delivered to Rangeley Vacation Rentals
